About the Role
Join our team as a Senior Project Manager where you will be responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome for several small to medium projects or one very large project. You will lead and manage a team of project managers and assistant project managers to deliver exceptional results for our clients. The position proactively develops new business opportunities and relationships with current and potential customers.
You will partner with the field and stakeholders to drive innovative construction techniques and prefabrication strategies. This role is performed primarily on active construction sites, requiring you to navigate varying environmental conditions while maintaining a collaborative spirit to achieve mutual outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleNegotiate and supervise the preparation of all project change orders
- check_circleRepresent the company in meetings with clients, subcontractors, and A/E
- check_circlePrepare monthly costing reports and manage financial aspects of contracts
- check_circleDevelop new business opportunities and relationships with customers
- check_circleMaintain logs to track project progress and ensure schedule adherence
- check_circleEstablish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards
- check_circleMonitor construction activities to ensure projects stay within budget
- check_circleSupervise staff, project managers, and assistants in daily job administration
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline preferred
- verifiedPE license a plus
- verifiedMinimum 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction
- verifiedProficient in Microsoft Office, Oracle, and Accubid preferred
- verifiedExtensive knowledge of safety protocols and procedure
- verifiedAbility to understand and follow standard operating policies and procedures
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or other related discipline. PE license. Business development/heavy client interaction. Proficiency in Oracle and Accubid.
