We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer HR Intern to support our HR team with a focus on recruiting, sourcing, and administrative operations. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in talent acquisition and human resources while working closely with experienced professionals.
This position is onsite and not remote. Candidates must be based in the Houston area, as relocation assistance is not provided. Only individuals authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship will be considered.
As an intern, you will receive hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting and HR operations. You will gain exposure to HR systems, processes, and best practices while building professional communication and organizational skills. The role includes mentorship from experienced HR professionals.
Successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and any applicable assessments is required prior to starting.
