- check_circleEnsure candidate experience meets standards and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
- check_circlePresent effectively to various audiences to support culture initiatives and company events
- check_circleManage candidate data within the system to report progress and meet metrics and KPIs
- check_circleForecast hiring needs and build talent pipelines to meet future operational requirements
- check_circleManage full cycle, high volume recruiting for up to 20 requisitions simultaneously
- check_circleRecruit for niche roles and positions at all organizational levels with diverse skillsets
- check_circleSource, screen, and interview internal and external candidates for various operational groups
- check_circleNavigate employment offers and negotiations while managing expectations for all parties
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or equivalent
- verified2+ years of full cycle Recruiting experience
- verifiedProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
- verifiedProficient with navigating and utilizing various Applicant Tracking Systems

Previous experience within a construction environment. Bachelor's Degree.
