Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCoordinate all aspects of the interview process, including scheduling, phone screening, and candidate selection
- check_circleCoordinate and participate in networking and recruiting events and ground recruitment efforts
- check_circleAssist in the management of new-hire orientations
- check_circleAdvise supervisors on staff treatment and compliance with company policies
- check_circleRespond to employee complaints and violations of policy
- check_circleDevelop and maintain talent pipelines for various areas of the business
- check_circleEnsure recruiting and hiring practices comply with all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws
- check_circleManage new-hire paperwork processing including background checks, drug screening, E-Verify, and I-9
- check_circleMeet all goals related to key staffing metrics such as applicant conversion rate and turnover
- check_circleSupport the Area People Director in conducting investigations and executing discipline when needed
- check_circleDevelop and maintain networking relationships with community organizations, colleges, and industry groups to source talent
- check_circleDevelop creative recruitment solutions to address staffing difficulties in specific accounts or regions
