Our mission is to ensure Club members graduate high school on time and achieve their academic goals through a supportive, team-oriented environment.
As a Certified Teacher at Gregory Drive Elementary, you will be a vital part of our Club staff, serving youth ages 6 to 18. This role goes beyond traditional tutoring; it is about creating an optimal Club Experience where youth development principles are woven into every activity. You will plan, supervise, and implement tutoring programs, homework assistance, and reading enrichment designed to spark interest and drive academic success.
In this position, you will work directly with members to help them make appropriate choices regarding their education, career, and personal well-being. You will assess developmental needs to develop targeted programs that result in an outcome-driven experience.
