We are committed to fostering a workplace where every team member feels valued, respected, and empowered, where passion and purpose come together to positively impact the lives of our patients and communities.
This position supports Trillium Place Service-Line growth by driving referent and community recognition of addiction recovery services, primarily within the Addiction Recovery Center (ARC). The role is dedicated to relationship management, business development, and strategic planning to expand access to substance use disorder treatment.
You will serve as a vital bridge between Trillium Place and a diverse network of referral sources, including affiliate and non-affiliated healthcare providers, government agencies, social work organizations, employers, school systems, private clinicians, other treatment centers, and interventionists. Your day-to-day involves evaluating opportunities to build these referral sources, actively using business development tools to track data, and ensuring timely admissions into services. A key part of your mission is educating potential partners on Trillium Place services while fostering long-term relationships that generate consistent referrals for addiction treatment.
