As part of our Operations team in Savannah, we are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in our production environment.
The Structural Mechanic II is a vital member of our team-oriented production department, performing a variety of structural assembly operations with minimal supervision. This role exists to ensure that every aircraft component meets rigorous company design specifications, quality standards, and customer expectations.
In this position, you will be the hands-on expert responsible for the safe assembly, fitting, and fabrication of detail parts and structures. You will utilize specialized tools to shape complex angles and configurations, ensuring that every rivet and fastener is installed correctly without damaging the structure. Beyond the technical assembly, you will play a key role in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Kaizen events, and maintain a neat, orderly workspace in compliance with our 5S Program and safety regulations.
