Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePerform structural repairs on aircraft skins, ribs, frames, and bulkheads
- check_circleFabricate simple structural components from blueprints, sketches, and engineering drawings
- check_circleRivet structural assemblies and remove fasteners without damaging structure
- check_circleAlign and assemble parts using jigs, fixtures, and clamps according to specifications
- check_circleMake repairs and perform rework based on Discrepant Material Tags and Production Change Orders
- check_circleCollect and dispose of waste fuel, oil, hydraulic fluids, and solvents
- check_circleSupport Lean Activities and maintain shop equipment and associated JSAs
- check_circleExecute sheet metal layout, fabrication, and installation of parts on aircraft
- check_circleRead work orders, blueprints, and sketches to determine operation sequences
- check_circleMaintain work logs and records such as MIR sheets, DMTs, and PCOs
- check_circleCoordinate work activities between shifts through turnover reports and direct contact
- check_circleEnsure defective-free assembly prior to final inspection
Requirements

- verified2 years related structural assembly experience

- verifiedAbility to work with composite resins and materials
- verifiedAbility to work any shift
- verifiedAbility to climb ladders/stands/stairs and work in small spaces
- verifiedAbility to lift 50 lbs

- verifiedUS work authorization (no visa sponsorship)
