As a Strategic Account Manager (SAM), you will be the driving force behind our most important customer partnerships. This role is about more than managing accounts; it is about leading business impact through relationships, insight, and innovation. You will shape growth strategies and deliver tailored, high-impact HVAC/R solutions that enhance partnership value for enterprise-level clients.
In this position, you will act as the primary liaison between clients and Nextech's internal operations, ensuring exceptional communication across every touchpoint. You will partner with Sales Operations to manage contract renewals and RFP processes, while identifying new revenue opportunities to drive growth. Backed by exceptional resources and a collaborative culture, you will represent Nextech with professionalism and leadership as you navigate a dynamic, growing organization.
