The Salesforce Lead is embedded within the Fuels Marketing department, serving as the critical bridge between the commercial organization and IT. This role is not about IT ownership; it is about ensuring that Salesforce and related tools directly enable revenue growth, margin optimization, and operational efficiency. You will translate complex business needs into scalable technology solutions, driving adoption across the sales organization and ensuring systems reflect real-time market dynamics regarding pricing, supply, and customer activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleAct as primary interface between Fuels Marketing and Salesforce Product team to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • check_circleDrive standardization of data, reporting, and dashboards to ensure a single source of truth for commercial data
  • check_circleCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate pricing, supply, and margin visibility into sales workflows
  • check_circleIdentify system gaps and lead iterative improvements to align Salesforce functionality with evolving commercial strategies
  • check_circlePartner with Salesforce Product Manager on prioritization and roadmap alignment to optimize business outcomes
  • check_circleDrive adoption across sales teams by facilitating training and continuously refining user experience based on field feedback
  • check_circleDefine and deliver fuels-specific core dashboards and KPIs including pipeline health, volume, and margin performance

Requirements
