The Salesforce Lead is embedded within the Fuels Marketing department, serving as the critical bridge between the commercial organization and IT. This role is not about IT ownership, but rather about ensuring technology directly enables revenue growth, margin optimization, and operational efficiency. You will translate complex business needs into scalable solutions that reflect real-time market dynamics, driving adoption across the sales organization to ensure systems mirror how the business actually operates.
Your impact centers on translating commercial strategies into actionable technology requirements. You will act as the primary interface between Fuels Marketing and the Global Salesforce Product team, communicating pricing, customer segmentation, and pipeline strategies to ensure the technology framework supports real-world workflows. Your focus is on optimizing business outcomes, from simplifying sales workflows to driving the standardization of data and reporting.
In this role, you will champion commercial enablement by ensuring the Salesforce functionality helps the sales team track opportunities in real time, improve win rates, and increase customer value. You will define fuels-specific dashboards and KPIs to create a "single source of truth" for commercial data, translating complex data into actionable insights for leadership. Beyond the build, you will drive adoption and change management, facilitating training and continuously refining the user experience based on field feedback to eliminate friction and create excitement around the tools.
