Store Sales Manager- Sales (Bilingual)

This role is not your typical retail job. As a Store Manager, you will lead the vision and company initiatives for multiple store units, ensuring sales performance goals are met while holding associates accountable for in-store merchandising execution. You will drive selling programs, support the omni-channel experience, and ensure teams always put the customer at the center. As an effective coach, you will develop associates' skills and performance, fostering a collaborative and motivated team dedicated to achieving success.

Your day will involve conducting one-on-one meetings to understand your team's motivations and personal aspirations, developing a comprehensive team "bio book" that evolves with your team. You will manage workforce activities, including staffing schedules and reconciling punches, while ensuring company policies and state regulations are followed. You will analyze reporting to determine appropriate staffing levels, partner with leadership on changes, and serve as a subject matter expert on technical and product knowledge. Additionally, you will plan and monitor social media strategies to impact brand awareness, manage stock inventory levels, and execute company initiatives.
