About the Role

As a Store Manager, you will lead Mattress Firm's vision and company initiatives while achieving sales performance goals across multiple store units. You will hold associates accountable for the execution of in-store merchandising, lead selling programs, and drive related KPI results. Your focus will be on supporting the omni-channel experience and ensuring teams always put the customer at the center, creating a compelling and engaging environment for the team.

As an effective coach, you will develop associates' skills and performance, fostering a collaborative and motivated team dedicated to achieving success. You will conduct one-on-one meetings to understand your team's motivations and personal aspirations, developing a comprehensive team "bio book" that evolves with your team. Additionally, you will hold 30-60-90-day check-ins with new team members to discuss progress and opportunities.
