Your Mission
HOERBIGER Safety Solutions, IEP Technologies (IEP) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow sales, build brand recognition, and strengthen distribution channels for our Explosion Protection product line within the HAZLOC processing industries. This role is critical for extending our reach across the Western United States, Western Canada, and Mexico, ensuring that our safety solutions protect manufacturing environments handling combustible liquids, vapors, and bulk solids.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted technical advisor, bridging the gap between complex industrial processes and our life safety equipment. You will be responsible for developing long-term partnerships with end users, OEMs, system integrators, and engineering firms while training distributors and external sales representatives. This position requires a self-directed, results-oriented professional who thrives in a high-travel environment, including local and national trade shows and international training opportunities.

Requirements
