HOERBIGER Safety Solutions, IEP Technologies (IEP) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow sales, build brand recognition, and strengthen distribution channels for our Explosion Protection product line within the HAZLOC processing industries. This role is critical for expanding our footprint across the Western United States, Western Canada, and Mexico.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted technical advisor, bridging the gap between complex manufacturing processes and life safety solutions. You will be responsible for developing long-term partnerships with end users, OEMs, system integrators, and A&E firms while training and supporting distributors across the full product portfolio. This position requires a deep functional understanding of primary process equipment in combustible liquids, vapors, powder, and bulk solids-handling industries.
The territory spans the Western US (NM, AZ, CA, CO, UT, NV, ID, WY, MT, OR, WA), Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB), and Mexico. The role demands 40-60% travel, including participation in local and national trade shows and international training. While we prefer candidates based in Denver or Phoenix, other locations near major airports may be considered.
Based in Marlborough, Massachusetts, HOERBIGER Safety Solutions, IEP Technologies designs explosion protection solutions, manufactures prevention components, and provides responsive service to prevent and suppress industrial explosions. In this role, you will deliver accurate sales forecasting and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions. You will represent the company at customer meetings, presentations, and trade shows, acting as a brand ambassador for HOERBIGER. By managing and optimizing the regional CRM, you will ensure pipeline visibility, data integrity, and effective territory planning. Your work will directly contribute to innovative solutions that save lives, reduce emissions, and drive safety in manufacturing environments.
