About the Role

As a Store Manager, you will lead Mattress Firm's vision and company initiatives, achieving sales performance goals by holding associates accountable for the execution of in-store merchandising across multiple store units. You will drive selling programs, manage related KPI results, and support the omni-channel experience. Your primary focus is ensuring teams always put the customer at the center while creating a compelling and engaging environment for the team.

In this role, you will act as an effective coach, developing associates' skills and performance to foster a collaborative and motivated team dedicated to achieving success. You will conduct one-on-one meetings to deeply understand your team's motivations and personal or professional aspirations, developing a comprehensive team "bio book" that evolves alongside your team. Additionally, you will manage workforce activities, analyze reporting to determine appropriate staffing levels, and partner with leadership to make necessary changes.
