As a Store Manager II within our Personal & Commercial Banking line of business, you will lead the growth and profitability of a Consumer Business store portfolio. This role is designed for a leader who thrives on managing complex operations while putting the customer first. You will be responsible for deepening customer relationships, ensuring they receive the best advice, and referring them to the right specialists to meet their needs.
In this position, you will manage a medium-sized store and team, acting as the highest point of escalation for customer issues and internal partners. Your day-to-day involves coaching and motivating a team of service and advice colleagues to deliver a legendary customer experience. You will set strategic goals, manage the store budget, and drive business growth through deposits, loans, and fees. Additionally, you will serve as a peer mentor to developing store managers and originate loan applications, requiring you to maintain an active registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
