About the Role

As a Retail Banker I, you will be the face of TD in our Beltsville, Maryland branch, acting as a vital customer liaison to deliver on our brand promise. This role is designed for someone who thrives on building genuine connections and helping customers navigate their financial lives. You will utilize your financial expertise and consultative advice to assist customers with their banking solutions, ensuring they feel supported through challenging times and life events.

In this position, you will not only handle routine transactions but also identify opportunities to educate customers on bank products and services. You will engage in conversations about loan products, facilitate application intakes, and act as a point of escalation for customer questions. Your goal is to turn every banking transaction into a personalized interaction, helping customers save time and money while optimizing their relationship with TD.
