About the Role

This position offers an exceptional opportunity to serve as the Chief Executive Officer of your own store. You will have total accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan designed to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management. The role involves leading, coaching, and developing a team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets.

Ideal candidates are ambitious self-starters with a flair for business planning and a passion for coaching others to reach their full potential. This role serves as a critical first step toward a long-term career within the prestige beauty industry. Many of the company's field executives and senior managers began their careers at the point of sale. This position provides exposure to business planning, consumer insights, event management, customer relationship management, and front-line marketing, equipping you with the all-round skills needed to progress further.
