About the Role
As a Retail Customer Care Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers within our Truvista Retail Center. This role is a dynamic blend of face-to-face and telephone interactions, where you will assist customers with bill payments, billing inquiries, service changes, and retention activities. You will also play a key role in promoting Truvista's diverse service offerings, recommending upgrades and new features to existing clients.
In this position, you will manage financial transactions securely and professionally while utilizing our customer support system software. Your day will involve addressing customer inquiries and concerns, resolving billing disputes, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Whether handling inbound calls or assisting walk-in customers, you will strive for first-call resolution and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to world-class service.
