As the Store Manager for BYLT Basics, you will serve as the primary ambassador for our brand at the Oak Brook Center location. Your purpose is to provide leadership across all daily operations, setting the standard for superior customer service and team culture. You will be responsible for the entire location and the team working there, ensuring that every interaction reflects the BYLT mindset.
In this role, you will guide the daily operational tasks of the store, from managing inventory levels and shrink to designing efficient workflow schedules. You will collaborate with other store managers and the Head of Retail to establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that drive consistency across the department. Your day will involve a mix of strategic planning, such as setting sales goals and communicating with HQ leadership, and hands-on execution, including assisting customers, handling escalations, and maintaining a safe, clean, and pleasing environment.
Candidates selected for an interview will be contacted directly by the Retail Operations Manager to discuss their experience and fit for the team.
