Carter's Inc. is the largest North American apparel retailer exclusively for babies and young children, encompassing the Carter's, OshKosh B'gosh, Skip*Hop, and Little Planet brands. As the #1 most-purchased children's clothing brand, we have become an industry leader by providing quality from our first Original Bodysuit® to the lasting careers we offer our team. We've kept our close-knit culture since our founding, investing in our teams with training and development programs so we all succeed together.
A Carter's career doesn't feel like a job; it feels like connections between customers, teams, and families. Caring, teamwork, flexibility, and growth are what make us different.
As a Store Manager, you and the team you lead will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will be there to congratulate new parents and grandparents, introduce them to our new baby essentials, help prep them for the first day of school, and support them through all the big and little moments on their parenting journey.
We are looking for a leader who fosters a welcoming and inclusive environment, values and optimizes skills and talents, and continually educates themselves and their team on product styles, features, and benefits. You will coach your teams to reach their potential, become brand and product experts, and own their careers. Your day will involve building a talent pipeline, fostering a positive work environment, and leading the team to create a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
Applications will be accepted until at least 7 days after the posting date. Carter's does not use AI to make any decision in our hiring process.
Note for Current Employees: If you are a current Carter's employee, do not apply via this external application. Search "Browse Jobs" in Workday to apply internally.
