About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You'll congratulate new parents and grandparents, introduce them to our new baby essentials, help prep them for the first day of school, and support them through all the big and little moments on their parenting journey. We're looking for a leader who fosters a welcoming and inclusive environment, values and optimizes skills and talents, and continually educates themselves and others on product styles, features, and benefits.
