About the Role

As a Store Manager, you and the team you lead will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will be there to congratulate new parents and grandparents, introduce them to our new baby essentials, help prep them for the first day of school, and support them through all the big and little moments on their parenting journey.

You will foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that values and optimizes the skills and talents of your team. Your mission is to continually educate yourself and your team on product styles, features, and benefits. You will coach your teams to reach their potential, helping them become brand and product experts who own their careers. By leading and directing the Leader on Duty program, you will create a genuine customer focus on the sales floor, ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience while managing operations, budgets, and key performance indicators.
