About the Role
The Store Manager is the driving force behind an exceptional in-store experience, tasked with building lasting relationships with clients while leading the team to exceed monthly sales plans. This role is not just about managing numbers; it is about cultivating a high-energy, team-oriented atmosphere where every Stylist is well-trained, motivated, and engaged. The Store Manager ensures that clients receive personalized service 100% of the time, from the initial greeting to the final fitting room experience.
In this position, you will act as both a leader and a hands-on stylist. You will be responsible for developing a robust book of clients through personalized daily communication via the One Shop app and by utilizing social selling techniques that feel authentic rather than pushy. Your day will involve jumping in to "save" sales opportunities, providing product knowledge to the team, and ensuring that every client is styled with a curated selection of at least three pieces from different categories. You will also lead the charge in planning in-store events and collaborating with local businesses to expand the store's community presence.
