The Design Coordinator serves as the vital link between our customers and our Designers, organizing appointments, managing store events, and maintaining sales aids. This role exists to drive sales and enhance the customer journey by providing initial assistance to those seeking design solutions. You will act as the point person for the Design Desk, supporting Designers with consultations, projects, and customer outreach while ensuring a seamless flow of activity on the sales floor.

A day in the life involves actively listening to customers to identify their needs, demonstrating our selling skills, and facilitating connections with Designers for in-home or in-store consultations. You will manage the organization and replenishment of sales aids, conduct post-purchase outreach, and support large-scale projects. By staying informed on market trends and product details, you help maintain the brand's reputation for gracious, quick, and efficient service.
