About the Role
As a Grooming Salon Leader, you will lead salon operations and your team while delivering expert grooming services to our valued customers' pets. Your passion for people and animals will ensure a positive experience for our partners and exceptional care for every pet, leaving them looking and feeling their best.
This role is more than just managing a schedule; it is an opportunity to lead with purpose. You will foster a positive work environment, drive salon performance, and coach both entry-level trainees and seasoned groomers. In addition to leadership duties, you will perform expert-level grooming services—including bathing, drying, haircuts, and styling—while prioritizing the safety, comfort, and well-being of the pets in your care. It is an excellent opportunity for experienced groomers with proven technical expertise who are eager to grow a team and showcase their creativity and passion for animals.
