About the Role

As a Stanton Optical Sales Manager, you will serve as the sales leader for the store, assisting the Brand Manager in supervising and executing action plans to drive sales performance. This role is designed for those who love encouraging others to achieve their goals and have a passion for coaching a team to follow in their footsteps.

You will be empowered to support store operations, train and coach associates, and foster a strong partnership with the Clinical team and Lab Staff. By taking ownership of the role, you will gain frequent exposure to Senior Leadership and be prepared for the next steps in your career.
