About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you will serve as the sales leader for the store, assisting the Brand Manager in supervising and executing action plans to drive sales performance. Your primary mission is to create a positive, results-driven team atmosphere while empowering associates to achieve their goals. This role is designed to invest in your career growth; by taking ownership of store operations, you will train and coach associates, foster strong partnerships with the Clinical team and Lab Staff, and gain frequent exposure to Senior Leadership.

You will work in a flexible, dynamic environment that fosters innovation and creativity. We encourage you to be proactive in sharing ideas to improve the business. In this position, you will act as the Manager on Duty, supporting talent acquisition, analyzing performance reports, and ensuring brand standards are met in the lab area. You will also play a key role in ensuring customer orders are delivered accurately and on time, maintaining our commitment to "Now Service" and "Ready When Promised."
