About the Role
The Store Manager serves as the face of ACE Cash Express to our customers. Beyond providing exceptional customer service and facilitating sales, you will build professional relationships and gain in-depth knowledge of our lending, check cashing, and card services. You will act as the leader who supports Sales Associates, guiding them toward success while managing overall store operations.
This role is ideal for individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who can work independently and embrace accountability for store performance. Building trust with customers is a top priority; you will listen actively, communicate effectively, and empathize with their challenges to provide exceptional service. You will also actively promote ACE financial services through cross-selling, marketing strategies, and community engagement.
A Day in the Life
Your day will involve understanding customers' unique needs and recommending appropriate products and services. You will prioritize active listening, clear communication, and empathy in all interactions. Managing operations requires a strong attention to detail, including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. You will ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and strict compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines while training and supporting store employees in product knowledge.
