As a Shift Supervisor at our New York City location, you will serve as a vital leader on the floor, ensuring the store delivers outstanding customer service while meeting all operating objectives and financial goals. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and is passionate about building relationships with our diverse customer base.
You will perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative while assisting the Assistant Store Manager with day-to-day operations. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will take the lead in directing all team members. Your day will involve coaching team members on superior service and compliance, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. You will be the face of PLS, fostering a culture where customers feel valued and confident in our services.
