About the Role
As a Shift Supervisor at our Dallas location, you will serve as a vital leader on the front lines, ensuring the store delivers outstanding customer service while meeting all operating objectives and financial goals. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to step up as a manager. You will perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative while assisting the Assistant Store Manager with day-to-day operations. In the absence of the Store and Assistant Store Managers, you will take the lead in directing all team activities, maintaining compliance, and driving the store's success.
