About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager serves as a vital leadership partner to the Store Manager, ensuring the location delivers outstanding customer service while meeting all operating objectives and financial goals. This role is designed for a high-energy professional who thrives in a busy environment and is ready to step up as the primary leader in the Store Manager's absence. You will not only perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative but also direct the activities of the entire team, manage schedules, and oversee cash handling and audits. Your day will involve building strong community relationships, analyzing financial trends to drive sales, and fostering a culture where team members are motivated to exceed customer expectations.
