About the Role
The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a seasonal store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. This role focuses on establishing and maintaining high standards of Guest Services while strictly controlling expenses. The Store Manager is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, and the complete setup, pack-up, and teardown of the store.
Physical Requirements
This position requires a flexible schedule and the ability to be on your feet for 8+ hours. The role involves climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rates range from $23.00 to $23.25 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience. The position includes Maryland Paid Sick Time, a Year End Bonus, a Tear Down Premium Pay Program, and a Retention Pay Program. Please note that all bonus and pay programs are subject to specific qualifications.
Qualifications
Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and possess prior retail management experience.
