This position serves as a vital support pillar for our sales and merchandising teams across both large and small store formats. The role is designed to ensure operational continuity by covering team members' time off, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining the highest standards of product presentation. Success in this position requires a deep understanding of the responsibilities you support, a high degree of flexibility, and a collaborative team mindset dedicated to meeting company goals.
You will act as the bridge between our sales representatives, merchandisers, and store management. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of tasks, from executing precise planogram layouts and refreshing stock in back rooms and cold vaults to communicating directly with store owners and managers. Whether you are resetting stores, installing fixtures, or ensuring the freshness of CBG products, your goal is to leave every account in a cleaner, more organized state than when you arrived.
Because this is a support-focused role, clear and timely communication with your manager or Assistant Store Manager (ASM) is essential. You must be adaptable to last-minute schedule changes, including weekend and holiday work, to meet fluctuating business needs. This role may also involve selling and merchandising both non-alcoholic Coca-Cola brands and Molson Coors alcohol-related brands, depending on your geographic location.
