This position serves as a vital support pillar for our sales and merchandising teams across both large and small store formats. The role is designed to ensure seamless operations by stepping in to cover Sales Representatives and Merchandisers during their time off, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining the integrity of our product presence in retail accounts.
Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the responsibilities you are covering, a high degree of flexibility, and a collaborative team mindset. You will act as the bridge between our internal teams and store owners, managers, and employees, ensuring that communication remains clear and timely. Whether you are managing price tags, rotating products in back rooms and cold vaults, or resetting store displays according to planogram layouts, your work directly impacts the customer experience and company goals.
Depending on your specific geography, this role may also involve selling and merchandising both non-alcoholic Coca-Cola associated brands and Molson Coors alcohol-related brands. You will be expected to adapt to last-minute schedule changes, work weekends and holidays as needed, and leave every account in a cleaner state than you found it.
This position operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires exposure to all seasonal weather conditions, traffic noise, and automotive fumes. The role involves working in varied settings, including cramped quarters, and requires the ability to move, clean, or install shelving, racks, coolers, and display fixtures. Physical demands include standing, walking, and frequently lifting and moving up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifts up to 50 pounds.
