This position serves as a vital support pillar for our sales and merchandising teams across both large and small store formats. The role is designed to ensure operational continuity by stepping in to cover Sales Representatives and Merchandisers during their time off, while also handling essential administrative tasks. Success in this position requires a deep understanding of the responsibilities you are covering, the flexibility to adapt to shifting needs, and a collaborative spirit to help the team meet company goals.
You will act as the bridge between our internal teams and store owners, managers, and employees. Your day-to-day involves maintaining the integrity of our product presentation, from making price tags and rotating stock in back rooms and cold vaults to resetting stores according to planogram layouts. Whether you are unloading deliveries, installing fixtures, or refreshing advertising displays, your goal is to leave every account in a cleaner, more organized state than when you arrived.
Note: Depending on your specific geography, this role may also include selling and merchandising both non-alcoholic Coca-Cola brands and Molson Coors alcohol-related brands.
This role demands adaptability in a dynamic environment. You will be exposed to seasonal weather conditions, traffic noise, and automotive fumes, often working in cramped quarters. The physical nature of the job requires regular standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, alongside the dexterity to handle, feel, and install various display fixtures.
Communication is key; clear and timely updates with your manager or Assistant Store Manager are essential. You must be prepared for last-minute schedule changes, including weekend and holiday work, to ensure seamless coverage for the team. A reliable vehicle is required to navigate our territory, and travel may be necessary for meetings or training across multiple geographic locations.
Candidates must meet specific insurance and alcohol board criteria, including being at least 21 years old, having verifiable CDL driving experience, and maintaining a clean record regarding felonies, alcohol offenses, theft, and reckless driving charges as outlined in the full requirements. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate a team-player attitude, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
