The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in establishing and maintaining Guest Services while supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store. This position is essential for ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.
As a key member of the team, you will work up to 38 hours per week. The role requires a high level of physical activity, including standing and walking for in excess of 8 hours, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess prior retail or management experience.
This position offers an hourly rate ranging from $16.75 to $17.00, dependent upon qualifications and experience.
