About the Role

This role is designed for a leader who embodies our core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. You will be responsible for making daily assessments of the store's ability to meet and exceed customer expectations regarding ease of shopping, variety, freshness, cleanliness, food safety, and regulatory compliance.

As a key member of the store leadership team, you will manage overall day-to-day operations while coaching and developing all store associates through both formal and informal interactions. Your focus will be on training effective teams to achieve desired sales and profit results, ensuring the store is customer-ready every day. You will work collaboratively with assistant store leaders and department leaders to identify opportunities, develop timely solutions, and create action plans that drive cost-effective sales and maximize profits.
