About the Role

This position is dedicated to maintaining the high standard of the store's overall look and feel, ensuring we deliver on our Brand Promises. You will be the face of the store, delivering friendly customer service and helping shoppers find exactly what they are looking for. Your day will involve keeping the environment clean, safe, and welcoming for both customers and staff.

You will take initiative to identify areas requiring attention, from deep cleaning high-traffic zones like bathrooms and entryways to managing equipment and supplies. Beyond maintaining the store's physical space, you will serve as a role model for other team members, projecting a positive image and fostering respectful interactions even in challenging situations. Depending on store needs, you may also engage with customers to support the Rewards program, assist with omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store, and help with stocking and truck unloads.
