About the Role
This full-time Customer Service Specialist position is based at Store 708114 in Las Vegas, NV. The role serves as a vital bridge between Sherwin-Williams and its wholesale and retail customers. You will work closely with clients to determine their specific needs, answer questions about our extensive product line, and recommend the right solutions to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
Beyond sales, you will be responsible for promptly resolving customer concerns and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the store. The position requires staying up-to-date with product features to effectively discuss available options and suggest ways to improve sales. You will be tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.
Work Environment & Safety
This role involves direct contact with customers, which may include minors, as well as access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise. Access to these items may be supervised or unsupervised. To protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, vendors, and the general public, a review of criminal history is a necessary part of the hiring process.

Requirements
