About the Role

This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. You will be expected to promptly resolve customer concerns to ensure maximum client satisfaction while staying up-to-date with product features. Additionally, you will maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store, achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.

The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #2365, located at 522 NE 23rd Ave, Gainesville, FL 32609. Please note that this role involves contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise. Consequently, a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of our customers, staff, and the general public.

Hiring Process

Step 2 – Digital Interview Upon review of your application, qualified candidates will be invited to complete a digital video interview via HireVue. This interview consists of a few behavioral-based questions. You can record and complete your video interview anytime, anywhere, on your own schedule, but we ask that this step be completed within 7 days of receiving an invitation.

Step 3 – In-Store Interview Your video interview is reviewed by a member of our Recruitment team. Top candidates are invited to meet with our team in a store, specialty wholesale branch, floorcovering facility, or delivery service terminal.
