About the Role

This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. As a Store Associate, you will work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. You will be expected to promptly resolve customer concerns to ensure maximum client satisfaction while staying up-to-date with product features. Additionally, you will maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store, achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.

This is a part-time position located at Store #708196 in The Dalles, OR. The role involves contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, and store merchandise. A review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of our customers, staff, and the general public.
