About the Role

Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction while helping the store achieve its sales goals. You will build productive trust relationships with customers, process sales transactions accurately, and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store.

In this part-time position, you will be expected to work at stores within a 15-mile radius of Store #708969 in Salem, OR. The role involves contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, and merchandise. It is a dynamic environment where you will stay up-to-date with product features, mix products to customer specifications, and assist with deliveries as needed.
