About the Role
As a key member of our store team, you will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a positive and efficient shopping experience. This role is vital to maintaining the operational rhythm of the store, from the moment a delivery truck arrives to the final bagging of a customer's purchase. You will be responsible for setting and maintaining plan-o-grams, ensuring merchandise is stocked adequately, and building attractive displays that drive sales. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of physical tasks and customer interaction, requiring you to rotate and face merchandise, assist shoppers in locating items, and maintain a clean and safe environment for both customers and colleagues. By protecting company assets and maximizing profitability through teamwork, you directly contribute to the success of our neighborhood locations.
