About the Role

As a key member of our store team, you will be the point of contact for customers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient shopping experience. You will play a vital role in maintaining the store's presentation by setting and maintaining plan-o-grams, building merchandise displays, and ensuring shelves are fully stocked and facing correctly. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of tasks, from unloading trucks and organizing the stockroom to assisting customers in locating items and operating the cash register. Beyond the sales floor, you will contribute to a clean and safe environment by managing trash, cleaning restrooms, and maintaining store floors. This role is essential to maximizing profitability, customer satisfaction, and teamwork while protecting company assets.
