About the Role
As a key member of our store team, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they have a positive and efficient shopping experience. This role is vital to maintaining the operational rhythm of our neighborhood locations. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of customer service and store maintenance, from greeting shoppers and assisting them in locating merchandise to managing the flow of inventory.
You will be responsible for the physical lifecycle of our products, including unloading trucks, unpacking cartons, and building merchandise displays. By rotating stock, facing shelves, and setting up sidewalk displays, you help create an inviting environment that encourages customers to return. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in store upkeep by cleaning floors, restocking recovered items, and managing waste, ensuring the store remains a safe and welcoming space for our community.
