About the Role
As a key member of our store team, you will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a positive and efficient shopping experience. This role is vital to maintaining the operational rhythm of our stores, from the moment a delivery truck arrives to the final bagging of a customer's purchase. You will be responsible for setting and maintaining plan-o-grams, ensuring merchandise is stocked and displayed attractively, and keeping the store environment clean and safe. By collaborating with your team to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction, you play a direct part in protecting company assets and delivering on our promise to our community.
