This position is designed to maintain the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of essential building systems, including chilled water, steam, compressed air, vacuum, and heating hot water systems. As a Stationary Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing these complex infrastructure assets to support the organization's operational reliability.

Vocational school or apprenticeship training. First or Second Grade Licensed Stationary Engineer as issued by the City of Houston. Class D Water Operator license issued by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. UC-EPA - Universal Certification by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Valid Class A, B or C Texas driver's license eligible to drive State and institutional vehicles. Hands-on experience in a healthcare, research, or large institutional environment.
