About the Role
As a Health Services Scheduler, you will be the backbone of our operations, managing the intricate balance of staff schedules, payroll, and productivity reports. This role exists to ensure our team is supported and our residents receive consistent, high-quality care. You will not only coordinate and reorganize schedules to meet immediate staffing needs but also implement new procedures for contingent employees and maintain accurate open position reports.
Your day will involve creating daily and monthly productivity reports and communicating effectively with staff and applicants regarding staffing and payroll issues.
